What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size charts. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
How long does it take to receive the ring after placing the order?
Our rings are high quality handmade jewelry rings. Order usually needs around 2 to 3 weeks to produce since every rings are made by orders. Also, it usually needs around 3-6 days for shipping within the US.
Can the ring be customized or engraved?
Custom orders are most welcome! It will be my honor to have this opportunity to make the brilliant ring that's perfect for you. Please tell me your thoughts, it is best to have photos as a reference. I could change the stones as you wish: Natural Diamond, Emerald, Alexandrite,Moonstone, Moss Agate, etc. I am happy to quote you the price.
Also,engraving services is available. If you're interested in having a piece engraved, please contact us.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How do I return/cancle my ring?
About Return & Refund Policy
We hope you LOVE the item you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss how to best resolve whatever matter and meet your needs. If you still don't want to own it, you can contact us within 7 days after receiving the rings. Returns unrelated to quality, $100 each ring will be deducted as a restocking fee(Rings with diamond side stones incur an additional $100 restocking fee).
All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. I don't accept returns as following:
- Custom rings.
- Ring with engravings.
- Full eternity ring
- Adjusted wedding band.
- Request exceeding the return period-30days.
Cancel order
Please contact me within 24 hours if you want to return or cancel your order.
If you want to cancel the order after 24 hours, a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted for each gold ring.
