What size should I buy?

Here is a size chart for your reference! The best way to figure out your ring size is to go to your local jewelry store and have the sizing done professionally, or use the ring measurer.

What if the ring is not the right size for me? Can it be resized?

We do offer resizing services within 90 days if your ring doesn‘t fit, but I will recommend going to a local jewelry shop since you'll be able to communicate with the jeweler in person and they'll be able to adjust it to the size of your finger more precisely. The influence on the ring is minimal if the size difference is small(within 1).
Of course, you can also send it back to us to modify the size, but we will charge an additional fee, 10% to 15% of the product price based on the workmanship of the ring. And the cycle time for the ring to be sent back for re-sizing is about one month.
So we recommend that you confirm your ring size to minimize modifications.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we'd be happy to personalize your ring with an inscription for free. For a size 7 ring, up to 25 letters can be engraved inside the ring (including spaces);) You can leave me a message when placing the order;)

Can I modify the details of the ring, such as changing the center stone or the leaf pattern?

Are LCCjewelry's Gemstones Ethically Sourced?

Yes, we source all of our stones from a concious lab in the State, they are all responsibly sourced.

Are discounts available?

Yes. Stay updated on exclusive offers and promotions from LCCjewelry by joining our email list. Simply subscribe on the subscription status page.

Are installment payment options or financing available?

Yes, I offer a payment plan. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The first payment will be $100 at least. When the first payment is up to 1/2 of the order total, we will start making your ring. The piece will be shipped once the last payment is paid.

How long does it take to receive my ring after I place my order?

All of our rings are made to order and 100% handmade, so usually it will take about 3-6 weeks. After the ring is completed, we will send you pictures for your confirmation to avoid the appearance of the ring not meeting your expectations. After you confirm it, we will ship out as soon as possible, and then we will send you the tracking info.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for free. Because the rings are made to order and 100% hand-made, once production begins, we will charge 30% of the ring amount for cancellations.

Can I return the ring if I don't like it?

We hope you love your order! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss how best to resolve any issues and meet your needs. If you still do not want it, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the ring. For returns not related to quality, a restocking fee of 30% of the ring price will be charged per ring.
All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. I do not accept returns on:
- Customized rings.
- Rings with exclusive engravings.
- Requests beyond the return period of 30 days.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Shipping is free within the United States, and shipping time is approximately 3-6 days. For added security, all rings are shipped with tracking and insurance and require a signature upon delivery.

For international shipments, each customer is responsible for any customs/duties taxes that are required, and shipping time is approximately 1-3 weeks.

How is my order packaged?

We will package the ring in a beautiful ring box and give a flannel cloth for you to wipe the ring. Then it will be packaged in an impact-resistant packaging box.

Is your packaging discreet? I want to give it as a surprise gift.

Yes, our packaging is discreet and there is no more detailed information on it except the address :)


If you're worried you can change your address to the address of a nearby Po Box or a post office for you to pick up.

Warranty

Do you offer warranty?

Warranty-1
We offer a 30-day free guarantee on side stones that fall out, however, we will charge for the center stone if it is needed. I do not cover the loss of the main stone, but will cover any replaced side stones.

If the side stone falls after 30 days but before 90 days, we will provide the accent stone to the customer for free, but we will charge a repair fee if needed.

After 90 days, a repair fee will be charged according to the actual situation.

Warranty-2
Please kindly note that we do not do the routine cleaning and maintenance, such as setting fallen stones, tightening prongs, resizing the size slightly (it is less than 1 US size difference), polishing, and cleaning.

However, if your ring is accidentally bent, has a big difference in size that can't be resized and has to be remade, broken prongs causing gems to fall, or other issues that are more difficult for your local jewelry store to handle, you can contact me and I will do my best to help you at a reasonable price.

How do I best care and maintain my new jewelry purchase?

Clean Regularly: Clean jewelry regularly using a soft cloth or a jewelry polishing cloth to remove oils, dirt, and fingerprints. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution, gently scrubbing with a soft brush, then rinse and pat dry.

Be Gentle: Handle jewelry with care, avoiding sudden impacts or bending of delicate components.

Check Settings: Periodically inspect settings and clasps to ensure they're secure. Loose settings can lead to lost stones, so have them repaired promptly if needed.

Avoid Abrasives: Avoid using abrasive cleaners or brushes on delicate gemstones and metals, as they can cause scratching or damage.
Professional Maintenance: For complex repairs or deep cleaning, consider taking your jewelry to a professional jeweler who specializes in jewelry maintenance and repair.
