About Return & Refund Policy
We hope you LOVE the item you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss how to best resolve whatever matter and meet your needs. If you still don't want to own it, you can contact us within 7 days after receiving the rings. Returns unrelated to quality, $100 each ring will be deducted as a restocking fee(Rings with diamond side stones incur an additional $100 restocking fee).
All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration. I don't accept returns as following:
- Custom rings.
- Ring with engravings.
- Full eternity ring
- Adjusted wedding band.
- Request exceeding the return period-30days.

Cancel order
Please contact me within 24 hours if you want to return or cancel your order.
If you want to cancel the order after 24 hours, a restocking fee of $100 will be deducted for each gold ring.

Warranty
Our warranty includes: All repairs within 90 days of purchase.

Our manufacturing warranty does not include: The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing. Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones. Theft or loss of the ring.

Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.
