Payment Plans
At LCCjewelry, we understand that investing in fine, handmade jewelry is both a meaningful and personal decision. Each piece we create is crafted with care, precision, and artistry — and we believe every customer deserves a comfortable and flexible way to bring their dream jewelry to life.
1. Flexible Payment Options
We proudly offer customized payment plans to make your purchase experience as smooth as possible.
You can choose between:
Full Payment at Checkout — pay the full amount securely using your preferred payment method.
Split Payments / Installments — divide your total into smaller payments over time.
We currently accept:
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
PayPal
Shop Pay Installments (for eligible customers)
Klarna / Afterpay (availability may vary by region)
If you prefer a custom payment arrangement for a made-to-order or bespoke piece, please contact us directly. We’re always happy to work with you to create a plan that fits your needs.
2. How Installment Plans Work
If you're unable to pay in installments through Shop Pay or Klarna, you can contact us to create an installment link.
You can choose to pay weekly or monthly, depending on what works best for you.
A minimum first payment of $100 is required to start your plan. We’ll then create a personalized payment link based on your total order amount and preferred schedule.
Once your total payments reach 50% of the order value, we will begin crafting your ring.
After the final payment is completed, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
3. Custom Orders & Deposits
For custom-made or personalized jewelry, we require a deposit before production begins.
Typically, a 50% deposit confirms your order.
The remaining balance is due before shipment of your finished piece.
We will keep you updated throughout the crafting process with photos and progress reports, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.
4. Late or Missed Payments
If a payment is missed or delayed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable extensions or adjustments when possible.
However, orders may be paused or delayed until payment resumes.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for purchases made under a payment plan follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
Deposits on custom or personalized jewelry are non-refundable once production has started, as materials and labor are dedicated specifically to your piece.
